12 Week Positive Psychology and Mindset Coaching Course
Over the past year, we’ve heard a recurring theme from clients, colleagues, and friends:

As a result, we’re launching a new small-group, 12-week Positive Psychology & Mindset Coaching program, with the very first round as a beta group beginning in April 2026. Because this course is a beta, the investment (originally $3,000) is dramatically reduced for a Limited-Time to $999 for the full 12 weeks, however the value and level of coaching, support, and structure will remain high.
This group is limited to 6 people, and it will be intimate, interactive, and tailored to each individual.

What the 12 Weeks Cover
Across 12 weekly 60-minute sessions, we blend teaching, guided reflection, and mastermind-style conversation to help you:
- Build awareness of your own thinking, especially the stories that keep you stuck.
- Develop a more optimistic, resilient mindset without bypassing real challenges.
- Clarify what you actually want in your next chapter, using your values, strengths, and a Positive Psychology model called PERMA (Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment) as guides.
- Practice shifting your attention from “what I don’t want” to “what I do want,” and take small “future self” actions each week.
- Experience deep connection with like-minded people who are honest, growth-oriented, and willing to be vulnerable in a safe space.
Between sessions, you’ll also have one-to-one contact with your coach through your secure personal online journal, so you receive ongoing support and feedback between the weekly calls.
